Our Health

No matter what your opinion, on any subject, you can find those
that agree with you and those that disagree with you. Just today on the
book table, at WalMart...one book about George Bush...saying that he
would be leaving a legacy in Washington and would be a hard President
to follow because of his abilities. On the same table was another book on
Washington corruption and pictures of the President and his staff on the
front cover. The same is true concerning our health. One group says this,
another group says that, then another group just does not care one way
or the other.  The educated group that is right, all say the same thing.

Our health: Genetics plays a big role in our health. About 2/3rds of us is genetic
while 1/3rd is the care we receive. 2/3rds of our attitude is genetic while 1/3rd is
learned behavior. These are just general rules and/or a general idea to go by.

Opinions and Facts

Big people are going to be big people and small people, small, etc. One book, I
looked at today, was on big people being just as healthy as smaller people. Just
strolling through the book for a minute or so, I noticed that the author was very
offensive at other writers and especially the medical community for saying that
larger people were not as healthy as smaller people.

Seeing that some of us are born large and others of us are born smaller. What
is the truth about all this? I knew a man that was 6' 10" and weighed about 400
plus pounds. He lived to be age 75.  I have known others that were small
people that did not make it to age 50.

A man at 300 pounds, that gets down to 120 pounds, would be unhealthy.
120 pounds on a 200 pound frame would not be healthy...

If you were a dog breeder and you wanted to produce short, wide dogs....you
breed a short wide male to a short wide female. Be sure the pup has plenty
calcium to build bone structure, plenty of protein to build muscle. You can take a
not so well built parents, produce and build a good dog...but, it would be a much
better puppy/dog coming from short, wide, parents (bulldogs). Conformation on
breeds of dogs are established for the breeds. Large dog, small dog, etc. Dogs
are bred to produce conformation standards and the other part is the care they
receive. With humans...a generation could be 20 years... A dog is usually one
year. You can learn a lot by breeding dogs. A dog can be a father (or mother) at
1 year. A grandparent in two years...a great grandparent at three years and so
on. If we lived to be 100 years old and kept notes...we could see the results,
very clearly, of what happens when someone just has babies
just to be having
babies.
No family planning whatsoever! In breeding dogs...breeders pick and
choose what dog to breed to what dog. We don't breed dogs with health
problems. We do not breed brothers and sisters because the pups would get
the same identical health problem from both parents...200% of the heart, hip,
attitude, etc, problem. You might breed a male with a heart problem to a
non-family female with another heart problem but, the offspring would only get
1/2 of the heart problem from one and 1/2 from the other. The pups would end
up with 50% of each heart condition not, 200 % of the same identical problem.
Sometimes, this is why dad, mom, grandmother, etc says" if you marry that
person, I will cut you out of my will".
Jail birds produce jail birds. "Son, look at
that girl's mother...that's who you will be sleeping with in 20 years".

When a man will not work...his son's have to
realize the curse and put forth an
extra effect to hold a job! A mother that cares for her children will produce
daughters that do well in raising their children. Sometimes when there is a drug,
alcohol problem, the above statement might not be so.
The care a young
mother might choose, is a lifestyle chosen
. If the 1/3 of her becomes learned
behavior of drug abuse,etc.
 A biting dog will produce biting dogs. Dogs bite out
of fear and who wants a fearful dog? Also a dog learns to bite because the dogs
it was  raised around, bites. A female dog that miscarries will produce potential
den mothers that miscarry. And the list goes on and on.

Suppress the part of you that you know is genetically wrong and thrive on the
part of you
that was born to do whats right! Take advantage of the opportunity
of choice and care received...

Size and Health

You can put junk food into a perfect body and the body will suffer...while, you
can put the right food into a
not so fit body and it will thrive. Your car was
designed to burn a certain kind of fuel and it will not run well on
the wrong fuel.
You were not designed to eat Twinkies. You and I were not designed use Dr.
Pepper and cokes for fuel. Our bodies reject white breads and artificial
sweeteners, etc. Chocolate cakes did not grow on trees in the "Garden Of
Eden". You do not go down to the brook or, to the well and pull up a bottle of
alcohol. When we feed our bodies this junk...our bodies are screaming for
nutrition and our sick brain mis-interprets the signal and
we crave more junk food!

A car engine was designed to run. Feed it a mixture of wrong fuel and right
fuel,  it will struggle to run,
because it was designed to run. Our bodies were
designed for motion. When you feed your body a mixture of wrong fuels and
right fuels, it will struggle to run.

Man was given dominion over the animals in the garden. To be in control...the
animals had to be able to communicate with Adam.
Eve carried on a
conversation with the serpent in the garden
. Could it be that animals lost their
ability to talk
through inbreeding and yet they still have enough sense to eat the
right food they were designed to eat and survive. How much knowledge have
we lost from family marrying family during Bible times and/or up to now. (A well
documented record). If I breed good dog to good dog and continue several
generations...I will breed toward perfection...breeding champion dogs... A race
horse or whatever I am breeding. If I breed an animal to perfection and you get
an offspring and start breeding to
not so good animals.  You start breeding
away from perfection.

Can we look at a car that the fuel and timing is off...it does not run well. When
your computer goes down...you reprogram it and/or replace a few burned out
parts. Shoving an ibuprofen in it, does not fix it.  Can you give medicine to a
burned out keyboard... If you move around, strictly, with your mouse...you are
going to be limited on your computer. The same is true when your muscle,
parts of your body, etc...your brain doesn't work right!
You must fix the problem
instead of working around it!

Bottom Line

You can be a big, healthy person by eating and drinking right...or you can die a
premature death by eating junk food...starving your skin, cells, muscle, brain,
heart, joints, etc,  of necessary nutrition.  The same stands true of a smaller
person.
We must all eat right. Our hearts are only going to beat x number of
times. We can wear our heart out by abuse or we can starve it out
by not
feeding it proper nutrition
. When this happens, the struggle can be  a racing
heart or one missing heart beats.
Running 5 miles a day will not fix a burned
out heart,
that's just more abuse! Rest and nutrition is the only thing that will fix
that heart!

I recently heard that the average doctor lives to be 62... Most athletes live to
be age 65... Most couch potatoes lives to be 75 years old!

Health does have a little to do with size. When you get the diet right...the weight
comes off slowly...or for a smaller, unhealthy person...when they get their health
right...they gain weight to a more healthy condition.

Big frame, little frame, eat right and get healthy.

Garlic will help adjust low blood pressure...

This is what happens to an unhealthy body...when you get the nutrition right!


Mind/Body

A Proverb...A merry heart does good like a medicine
but, a broken spirit dries the bones.

When I was a child, I knew this woman that complained and cried all the
time. When I was nearing my teens....this woman died of a brain tumor.
As the years went by, I read a Bible saying, "that men's hearts would be
failing with fear". Later in life I heard somewhere that weary causes
ulcers...then I learned that
arthritis is caused by stress. One of my
questions, all these years has been...did stress cause this brain tumor
or did the brain tumor cause the stress. Looking at the length of time I
heard the stress (years)...
I feel the stress caused the brain tumor! I am
not a doctor but, I am good observer and I am a writer.

Is our stress because of family, friends, our surroundings, etc? Did we
inherit stress or is it learned behavior? Every time you murmur and
complain...you are doing it to the one you are talking to...and, you are
doing it to yourself. When dad has been out working hard all day, he
comes in to a house full of confusion...those doing the confusing are
punishing dad for being such a loving, caring, hard working, person.
Dad's reward for all his hard work...
all the hurting and the aching of
arthritis, for being a good guy
...working hard to provide for his family!

A
problem child can destroy the health of a mother or even both
parents. (The Whole Family) A problem child even
destroys their own
health.
Read the commandment that says that a child should honor
their parents. That is the only one of the 10 commandments that makes
a promise. The promise is that if a child will honor their parents...they
will live long upon the earth.

Fear brings torment...when a man rules his house by fear...it destroys
the whole family.  Children that are ruled by a strong arm, run to a mate
that rules in that way or in reverse, become that way themselves. Being
ruled by a strong arm could be a
comfort zone for that child. This kind
of treatment destroys people
mentally and physically. Torment creates
stress...stress brings about many diseases that come on the body.

Curse Your Family To the Third and Fourth Generation!

When you yell and scream at your children...you are hurting you, you
are destroying your children for life. 1. That is the way they will handle
their children and so on! You are destroying your children physically
and mentally! This curse will be passed on to your children, their
children and their children.

If watching the evening news upsets you...stop it! If
horror movies etc, bother you, stop watching them.

Play soft music...or no noise at all. Whatever things are pure, whatever
things are lovely, whatever things are of a good report, think on these
things.
Hospitals insist that the noise be kept to a minimum. A peaceful
atmosphere will bring about healing. A peaceful atmosphere
certainly
works with healing!

What I am going to say is a very bold statement!
If your in a religion
where the leader or leaders rule with fear...get out immediately!
If a
spiritual leader loves you and is concerned about you...he will or
should be knowledgeable enough to know that you need peace and
joy in your life. Joy is strength. Most of these spiritual leaders that
rule out of fear know that fear creates struggle and loss of strength.
Their game is to destroy your physical, mental and spiritual strength
so you are dependent on them... They continually abuse you and
take advantage of you,
for their own personal gain and selfish
satisfaction.

If you are suffering from physical or mental abuse,
from anyone...Get away from them and stay away
from them!
Selfish abuse is nonsense from anyone!
If need be,
get help immediately!


What Should I do?


1. Visit a health food store or talk to someone that is
knowledgeable about nutrition, vitamins and minerals.
Make sure that the store/person is knowledgeable
about health and staying fit.

2.
Get a juicer for your fruits and veggies. Most vitamins
and minerals need to be taken with food. If you take
vitamins and minerals with the regular food you eat...you
may be fighting a loosing battle. Fresh juices provide
nutrition, provide fiber, plus, it fills you up so that
you
can't eat all that junk food.
Getting a juicer is a must!

3. Take a good 20-30 minute bath. Put Epson salt in your
bath water to rid your skin of toxins. (For youthful skin).
Do not do this every day because of drying out your skin.
This bath may be good for arthritis.

4.
Get away from any confusion...do not listen to negative
talk...and,
do not talk negative yourself. No arguing,
fussing or complaining.

5.
Give yourself the personal attention that you need.
Take time for yourself. Do not get upset at others that
demand your time. It will pass!

6.
Set some goals. To shoot straight, you need a clear
target!
Make notes....get organized. Stay active. Clean the
house, clean the car, mow the lawn. Doing these things are
a
constant reminder that you are trying to better yourself.
(Doing the deed and seeing the results of the deed.)

Also, ignoring responsibility is a negative, it's a constant
reminder that you
are not doing what you should
be doing!

“Wisdom For Today”

Character…

The hottest subject among motivational speakers today is the word wisdom.
We don’t have a money problem…we have a wisdom problem. We don’t
have marriage problems…we have wisdom problems. We don’t have crime
problems…we have wisdom problems. When you meet a person of
character, you are meeting a wise person.

Character promotes you in your family. Character promotes you in your
community. Character can promote you on the job or in a career. Character
often moves people into government positions. Character has moved people
from their dream into their destiny and they leave a legacy.

A day of favor is worth a lifetime of labor. Finding favor with someone that is
able to help you or promote you requires that you be a person of character.
Favor never comes to a person that lacks character. Life is always a
struggle to a person that lacks character. We are all dependent upon
someone. The food we eat, where we sleep, the vehicles we drive, our
entertainment…so much of our life depends on how others see us. We are
independent as individuals but we are so dependent on others. Again, most
of us sleep in a house that someone else built. We all drives cars that was
made by some motor company. We eat food that someone else produced.

Where do we begin? If you pour pure, clean, water into dirty water,  long
enough, the vessel soon only contains pure, clean, water.

If the eraser wears out before the pencil, we are overdoing it. While we have
a little pencil left…let’s write a new story in our life. May be the same old
book but, we can finish the book with a new chapter!
If your young...stay young, both physically and mentally!
If your older...this is the closest you will ever come to finding the
fountain of youth!
Don't leave your soul in the lost and found! (Your mind, will and
emotion).  Make a healthy connection between your spirit, soul and
body. You cannot have a healthy mind, in a sick body. A sick mind
and body cannot live a life of abundance nor, can it break an
addiction that holds you back from a life of pleasure!

Diet For Muscle
(Arnold Schwarzeneggar's diet)

Build muscle and/or loose weight...
Keep your muscles! Starve the fat!

Eat white meat (fish and chicken) for protein...builds muscle!
Eat beans (protein) several times each week!
Eat egg whites and peanut butter for more protein intake.
Eat all the veggies and fruit you want. Eat some baked potatoes.

Stay away from fried foods, caffeine, soft drinks,
bread, sweets, junk food.
Rid yourself of that irritable feeling!

Excess exercise plus, the wrong food destroys the body. (Muscle
strains, bone...joint damage, etc., deprived of proper nutrients).
The
right foods plus, moderate exercise leads to a strong, healthy
body and a lifetime of strength. Men raised on beans are just naturally
stronger and do not carry around the extra baggage of unnecessary
weight. Green beans regulate a womans menstrual cycle.
Beans...good health food!

Drive away pain...
Feed your starving joints and muscles...

First, go buy a juicer...

Fruit Juice
One/two apples...
One banana...
One/two oranges...
Grapefruit...
Cherries/grapes...

Vegetable Juice
One/two apples...
One/two tomatoes...
One carrot...
One celery stalk...
Some onion...
Touch of garlic...
Some bell pepper...
Some potato...(trace minerals)

An apple is the only fruit that should be mixed with vegetables.
Fruit grows on trees and vines...veggies grow in the garden.
They do not mix well in the stomach.

Experiment according to taste and need for healing...

Wash and prepare these fruits and veggies. Put them in your juicer,
raw
. Do not cook and destroy nutrients. Juice and drink...repeat this
process everyday! (Use Listerine for mouthwash for onion, garlic).

Run a little water through your juicer to get last juices...
Clean juicer...save pulp for soups! Put juicer parts in water
immediately!

Get a multi vitamin to take daily. Also, you need trace minerals...
More about that later!
Drink plenty pure, clean, water!

No more night sweats...night mares. Be keeping an eye on this writing.
We will be adding herbs and spices to the juice drink. But, this is the
base diet you need for a healthy mind and body.

Later on this page...we will be putting what foods and herbs to eat to
heal what ailments. We have only just begun!

Do the veggie, fruit drink...one time, one day.
You will see the difference!
Wake up early and feel renewed!
Get the poisons out of your body!

setting a goal to accomplish something of importance.  Excellence is not just
a goal reached or something special accomplished but, excellence begins
within the person attempting to do that special thing. You plant an apple
seed…then the tree…then the apple. Excellence begins in the very thought
of planting the apple seed.

“Wisdom For Today”

Life’s Journey

Lets pretend that each one of us in life have our own bus. We are the driver
of that bus. Our life is our own. Where we go in that bus is our business and
responsibility, etc..

It’s up to you who rides on your bus. It’s your responsibility to get the right
people on your bus and the wrong people off your bus.

Growing up as children, we were all crammed in Dad and Mom’s bus,
whether we liked it or not. As we grew up…one by one all the children
ended up with their own bus. Some of us, at age 40, refuse to get out of
Dad’s bus. Some of us try to take over Dad’s bus while right out the door is
our own bus.

Some of us are glad to get a license and to get our own bus. We are going
down the road…we see someone on the side of the road…we stop…while
horns are honking…others are screaming because, we are stopping traffic.
We sit there with the door open begging someone to get own our
bus…when they don’t want to. You talk them into getting on your bus and
they don’t want to be there. (confusion)

Then you have those people on your bus…you can’t get off your bus. You
have done them a favor by letting them ride. You can judge a person’s
character by their attitude after you have done them a favor. (That’s another
story).

Then you have a friend that wants to borrow your bus because his battery
won’t start his car. While he has your bus…he steals gas out of your bus to
put in his car. You don’t need these people riding your bus and you certainly
don’t need them driving it.

The moral of this story is this: Clean your bus…put your name on it…drive
it!  Don’t be offended when someone chooses to drive their own bus and
not ride with you. We all have a responsibility to ourselves. Some of us
chose to drive our own bus a long time ago!
If you feed the fat...you will get fatter!
If you starve the fat...it will gradually disappear. Feed
the muscle and with
some exercise, it will grow!
2/3rds of us is genetic and the other 1/3rd is the care
we receive. We will be studying brain food and
building muscle to build you both mentally and
physically! 100% of nothing is nothing!

into that situation again.  Be patient, people sometime have a hard time
turning loose and feeling rejected. Throwing them off your bus is not the
way to handle it.

handle the situation to cause least trouble and an end to the problem. Circle

Cardiac arrhythmia refers to the abnormal beating of the upper
(atrial) or lower (ventricular) chambers of the heart. These
palpitations, which may be experienced as pounding or thumping in
the chest and the sensation of missing a beat, generally indicate that
the heart needs nutrients, and that it is overworked and tired. The
condition is related to poor intestinal function, associated with gas
and fermentation in the stomach and allergy. Caffeine may be a
precipitating factor.

A major factor associated with various forms of heart disease is
blood pressure, or hypertension. Hypertension is commonly caused
by poor dietary habits, including excessive intake of sugar, caffeine,
alcohol or salt; lack of exercise; high stress; or being overweight.
Over time, subclinical hypothyroidism can also make a patient prone
to hypertension, a fact that the medical profession often misses.

Tachycardia (racing heart) can be cause by a copper deficiency!

Correct your racing, heart problem by your diet...during the meantime,
if you have a racing spell, get a cool, wet,  kitchen towel around your
neck. Take another small towel and wash your face. If you do not
come out of it in one minute, get medical attention!

Other
Garlic: For the overall health of the heart and blood pressure...eat
plenty garlic. Garlic is perfect for overall health. Take 1 slice brown
bread...a heaping spoon of peanut butter...one level tea spoon of
fresh garlic...make a half sandwich. Do this for 14 days and your
arthritis is gone. Garlic will adjust a lot of other health problems you
have! Try it, you will see!
