"Setting Up A Retail Business"

You set up shop...you sell your product...your product does cost you
money...you have to sell your product for a profit to stay in
business...your inter spirit will guide you to the product that fills your
consumers needs...some time the product you sell , you don't even
care about but, its about meeting your customers needs! The
merchant that chooses the best products to sell...at the lowest
cost...passes that savings on to his/her customer...that is a real
business person...that person will enjoy prosperity!

Don't try to compete with Walmart and The Dollar Stores! Forget
cleaning products and paper towels. Buy and sell collectables!
Keep up with the factories or wholesale outlets...be the first to get a
new item on the shelf! Don't play follow the leader. When the shop
down the street comes up with something new...don't run try to get
what they have...you find something even newer and hotter! They are
not your buyer...you are your wholesale buyer. Doll, angel, southwest
collectors...when they get 10....they want a hundred. They get a
hundred...they want more. Buy and sell collectables. Buy good
products at the lowest price possible...sell at the lowest price
possible...have all the business!

Treat your customers with respect!
A problem rises...use wisdom dealing with it!
Don't give credit...the 1/3rd that does pay will not take care of the
2/3rds that don't pay!

Step #1...Do your homework. Find out whats hot and whats not. Don't
go out and invest in something no one wants.

Thirty years ago I went to a man that had turned a tractor over on
himself and he lay there dying. I was the first on the scene other than
his crying wife! I left the house looking for a fire...something wrong...I
didn't even tell my wife that I was leaving! I went directly to the dying
man (did not know him). Twenty minutes later I came home telling my
wife the story and where I had been!
I will tell this story later! When the unknown starts becoming
reality...you listen!

What you invite into your life is what shows up! Want poverty???
Make it welcome. Want money...speak it in!

There is some money in Kansas...Texas (wherever), that no one is
using... . I need it here in Oklahoma. If I don't have enough sense to
get hold of a little money in my home town...I am not powerful enough
to call money in from the north, south, east and west!

How big is your circle??? How much money is in your circle? How
much poverty is in your circle? How much happiness is in your circle?
Who is in your circle? Bring the right person or people into your circle
and all loneliness leaves!

You watch late night T.V. ....you buy a set of books and tapes to buy
and sell land and houses...this cost $350. You spend $100,000 for an
education and the next 5 years you work at a local hamburger shop!

An education is wonderful...you are taught knowledge and that is
great! Then you have those people that want to speak a blessing on
you...really, that might work some time... .

My Theory: If I can teach you to think...you work on the job you
want...you create the business of your choice...you live the lifestyle
you desire!

Counselors are trained to deal with all kinds of people. No one
counselor is able to fix every problem for every person. If I can teach
you to think...you will not need the counselor...you will work thru your
own problems!
